Terms, in plain language

What you buy, what Early Access means, and where the boundaries are.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

The short version

  • One purchase. No subscription. The licence does not expire.
  • Organice is under active development. Early Access means details can change and bugs can exist.
  • We do not collect product analytics and cannot see how you use the app or what your files contain.
  • You receive a separate seven-day money-back promise. Mandatory rights under law always remain.

What you buy

Organice is sold as a one-time licence for the platform and tier shown in Stripe Checkout and on the receipt. Base and Pro are both paid versions. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or free trial.

Base provides the local Finder and File Explorer tools described on the pricing page. Pro adds Auto mode for rules you already approved, Smart Copy across several documents, and the option to connect your own local or cloud AI model. The description and system requirements shown before purchase form part of the agreement.

The price shown in Stripe Checkout is the price charged for the purchase. Applicable tax and currency are shown before you approve payment.

The licence

After payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased version for your own personal or professional work on compatible computers you own or control. A purchase covers the selected platform. Contact us if you need an arrangement for a team.

The licence key is checked locally. It needs no account, sign-in, activation server, or internet connection and has no built-in device limit or expiry date.

You may not publish, resell, rent, share, or distribute the app, installer, or licence key to other people. Nothing here restricts anything expressly allowed by law.

Early Access

Organice is working software that is still being shaped. Interfaces, workflows, and individual features may be refined. Bugs and edge cases will exist. The public roadmap is a direction, not a delivery promise.

Early Access does not reduce our responsibility to supply what was described when you bought it. It does not reduce your statutory rights if the software is faulty.

Delivery and requirements

Delivery begins immediately after payment succeeds. The licence, private recovery link, and correct installer appear after purchase and are also sent to the email address supplied to Stripe.

The Mac version requires macOS 13 or later on an Apple silicon or Intel Mac. The Windows version requires Windows 11 or later on an x64 PC. Check the platform before paying.

Refunds, withdrawal, and faults

If Organice is not for you, request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. Email us from the address used at checkout. We may ask for the receipt or payment reference solely to find the purchase, but you do not need to give a reason.

Digital content is delivered immediately. At checkout, you ask delivery to begin at once and acknowledge that a statutory withdrawal right may end when delivery starts. Organice’s separate seven-day money-back promise still applies. If mandatory law gives you a stronger right, that law applies.

A full refund ends access to new private downloads, recovery, maintenance, and future updates for that purchase. Because the licence is local, a version already on the computer continues to work. A refund does not change your right to complain about faults or any other mandatory consumer right.

Request a refund.

Updates and support

While the purchase remains paid, you receive maintenance updates for the edition you bought. Organice does not check for updates automatically. New versions are delivered separately and installed when you choose.

The licence for the version you bought does not expire. Future major versions may be sold separately. Nothing here limits updates, security fixes, or remedies required by applicable law.

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis by email. We promise no particular response time, but aim to address faults and purchase problems promptly.

What Organice does not see

Our aim is simple: we should never need or want to see how you use Organice. The app sends us no product analytics, usage telemetry, crash reports, or licence checks. We do not receive file contents, file names, paths, folder rules, undo history, or information about which actions you use.

That also means we cannot see what happened when something goes wrong unless you choose to send details in a support request or as feedback. This is deliberate, not something we plan to start measuring later.

For payment, delivery, and recovery, limited purchase and contact details are processed by Organice, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Feedback is stored only when you submit it. The exact data and boundaries are described on the privacy page.

Read the privacy notes.

Your files and your responsibility

Organice can move, rename, and create files based on your choices. Review previews and rules before confirming them and keep an appropriate backup of important material. Undo applies to journaled organization runs and is not a substitute for a backup.

Tally is a convenience tool, not accounting, tax, or audit advice. Check amounts before using them for books, filings, or payment. Smart Copy does not change who owns the material you copy. You are responsible for having the right to process and use it.

Optional models and other services

Buying Pro does not connect an AI model. If you configure a local model, the request stays on that computer. If you choose a cloud provider, data goes directly to the endpoint you configured. That provider’s pricing, availability, and terms apply to that part.

Organice runs no relay for those model requests and does not receive their content. You are responsible for checking a cloud provider before sending sensitive or confidential material.

Ownership and fair use

Aktiebolaget Kpnt retains the rights to Organice, the website, its branding, and related material. You retain every right to your files and outputs. Do not use Organice to break the law, another person’s rights, or the security of someone else’s system.

Availability and changes

We may change the website, prices for future purchases, and these terms. The terms in place when you purchased govern that purchase. A later change will not remove a paid licence or retroactively reduce mandatory rights.

If development ends one day, the installed version and local licence keep working. We do not promise that every online service or future download will remain available forever, but will give paying customers reasonable notice of a material change.

Liability and consumer rights

We work to make Organice safe and dependable, but cannot promise that it is error-free or suitable for every workflow. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss that reasonable backups and review would have prevented. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Swedish law governs this agreement. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the mandatory protection that applies where you live.

Contact us first and we will try to resolve the problem. A Swedish consumer may also ask the National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, to review an eligible dispute. A dispute may also be brought before a court with jurisdiction. Visit ARN.
